Supporting the Central Florida Boy Scout Council
Enterfusion had the opportunity to sponsor and attend the Metro Orlando Golden Eagle Dinner held on April 16, 2019 benefiting the Central Florida Council of Boy Scouts of America.
As a way to give back to the local community, Enterfusion has become very involved with our local Boy Scout group – the Central Florida Council. As you may remember, last year we donated our time and physical hardware to design and install a brand new, state-of-the-art VoIP phone system for the Central Florida Council.
Most of us at Enterfusion have benefited from the Boy Scouts at one time or another. Whether it was Jessica camping with her brother’s troop as a kid or Mike attaining the rank of Eagle Scout – we all have great childhood memories of the Boy Scouts and really believe in their mission. That is why we jumped on the opportunity to become a sponsor at the Metro Golden Eagle Dinner this year. It was a fun night of mingling and hearing inspiring speeches from current scouts and city leaders.
The dinner also gave us the opportunity to share our love of the Boy Scouts with some of our clients. Movers and shakers in the city in their own right, we were honored to have Wendy and Chris Connor of The Abby, The Mezz, and TeamTrue join us. Also joining the Enterfusion table was the inspiring Josh Almeida of the design group Ascend Studios – a Life Scout himself. Last but not least, Daniel Kuykendall, the talented producer and owner of The Survival Summit also joined the Enterfusion table.
It was a fun night for all and a successful one for the Central Florida Boy Scout Council!
